I love being creative, there is always a craft to make or a story to tell. Creativity offers a place to escape from the pressures of everyday. When we are immersed in craft, our thoughts expand, heartrate slows, providing an opportunity of enjoyment to our time.  Whether it is writing, or painting, or building a book nook, there is a state of flow we disappear into when absorbed by creativity. 

Whether we create works of art, or the perfect meal, decorate a room or write a story, finding your creative side can be magical. It is where we discover who we are and what we love. The more we use our creativity, the more we discover.

Today there are so many simple ways to be creative, with adult coloring books, the access of craft ideas online and the availability at our favorite stores.  Find some way to create and escape from the everyday.
