As Deb and I spend our days together, traveling to therapy and other adventures we always enjoy listening to the 70's station and sing along to most of the songs. Everyday I try and fit time in for everyone and everything needed in my life. Whether I am helping others or helping myself, it is a constant shuffle of finding balance. Feeling depleted from the days activities reminds me that things need balance.
