Last week we got to spend the week with our cousin Lisa from California, she came in to visit and help where she could, her visit was therapy for both Deb and I! more on that visit in another post...

Going to try and catch up with the 52 weeks of grateful I found out about while away in February. I found it on pinterests, all the hashtags caught my attention. But when I came home I looked deeper and found this blog   With a lot of things going on and my life moving in so many directions, it might be something I can try and bring me back to my space and help me find my grateful.

Losing a piece of your future is a forever thing. There is always those thoughts of would he have gone to college, would he be married now, have his own children like the others...

We are all different and isn't that a wonderful thing! I will never again allow someones opinion change the way I feel about myself.
We have different styles and tastes and likes and dislikes. Some like many tattoos, some none at all. It doesn't make either one wrong or right. Some of us like arts and reading others are not a fan of books. This doesn't make one better than the other. There are so...

So much progress has been seen by others with Deb as she continues on this journey. Her balance is improving, getting in and out of vehicles gets easier and as always her humor is always keeping us all laughing.
There are so many other things going on, little things... details that right now I choose not to disclose. Maybe one day we will write more of the details of Deb's recovery, but right now...

Recently I talked to a friend
One of those people that you know are destined to be friends with from the moment you meet. She is from Michigan and from our first night out with girlfriends we connected, well how could we of not connected. She had lost her son Ryan and I lost my Ryan... I think we were meant to meet, to help one another. But it didn't stop there, when I shared my brother had a brain...
