I read about this in my favorite magazine Artful blogger.  It is one of those magazines I read from cover to cover... it is that good!
The other morning I was only a few pages in when I got to reading Oh Joy's blog story and her post on meeting 31 strangers in 31 days grabbed my attention. I didn't get much further as I was heading out to get in my morning run, so out the door I went.

Looking towards the future...
It's funny how a random meeting, a chance of running into someone can take your life in new directions. That is what happened to me  at no other place then Milt's gym.  I went in with a sense of purpose, it was going to be an easy day, a 3 mile run as on schedule for my marathon training. But as I finished my run there was a woman on the elliptical also just finishing...

Back to school has been both overwhelming and exciting. I knew it was going to be about writing essays, but two a week!  I guess that is how we improve on something...
I like my professor, I do... although she definitely has no problem sharing her political views and I wonder if any disagreement could affect your grade....
All kidding aside I need to come up with a person to write an...

Wow, I remember when I turned 17 and now my youngest is that age! Just crazy how time flies!!!

I met up with my friend to take pictures of her son on her first birthday on Tuesday. I had a lot of fun as Carter shared his personality for pictures!
It was somewhere around 400 pictures snapped and I had hoped I had a few good ones....

Lately it seems I've had a tough time just keeping up with my project life, though I am doing much better than I did last year. Somehow the entire month of May got by without me documenting a single thing! Luckily I use twitter to help me remember the dates and what was going on so I can get caught up.
This past weekend I dug out my June Work in Progress kit and decided to make a mini.... go figure,...

And not just the dog is swimming!
although our dog LOVES the pool, its a lot of work just for him to go swimming, so I was glad to see Zach and Macee decide to check it out!

the rain came...
Well it was fun while it lasted!

Following the Hal Higdon Schedule for marathon training I am almost through my first week. Some of the days I doubled up in the workouts with training with Milt and spinning classes when they were available, though I don't think I will do that every week.

This summer is going to be filled with traveling! We started off with our Hocking Hills trip last weekend and then we were off to Wisconsin with a stop in Chicago, one of my favorite cities! Which was on our way to take Chelsea to camp.

We rode the giant ferris wheel, I even talked my mom into it! 

ate at our favorite pizza place

and conquered another fear... or faced another challenge, and...
