One is the Project life kit from Becky Higgins.  I did it last year and even missed a few weeks here and there, but I still love the final result and so does the rest of the family.
I'm back at it again and just loving this kit even more than the last.

And so the days went by as I coveted the thought of one day owning an iphone.  Then the big announcement that FINALLY verizon was getting the iphone!  I stopped into Verizon because I'm not one of those camp outside to get a great deal type of people.  I'll just wait...  
Wait... what did you say? Existing customers can pre-order the iphone... tada... we are going home and doing that RIGHT now!

Ahh another challenge for me recently was Tackle the tower.  It was an awesome challenge and a lot tougher than I thought it would be!  I spent some time on the stairmaster, but I don't think anything can prepare you for running up 38 flights of steps!
I did it and would definitely do it again!  My time.... 9:02.8 - since it was my first time I didn't have any expectations, but I had secretly...

It's hard to decide and sometimes harder to accept the pieces that come together and define us.  I know there are a lot of things that define who I am and its funny to think that here I am 46 years old and still trying to figure it out, but alas I am.

The older I get the more things make sense and I'm learning the whole "everything happens for a reason" theory. Although...

that was a quote from one of my dad's best friends.  It was a compliment and a true statement too. My father was of course the smartest man I knew, isn't that always the case with any girls father?

And so as I go through life with its struggles and surprises and ups and downs I always wish I could go back to those days of sitting around the kitchen table talking about life, talking...

Ahhh today marks my sister's ___th birthday!
I picked her up something special... wanted it to be a surprise but had to tell her before she bought one herself! arghhh!

My sister is 40 something today and has NEVER had a pedicure!  How is this possible?  So Lisa suggested that we have a girlfriend get together for her birthday and all get pedicures.  I called her and told her that Chels and I wanted to take her for one.  I didn't disclose that others were also going to attend.
