was awesome!  Though we didn't go again the last couple days we plan to go again tomorrow morning.  I was dragging before we went, just clinging to my warm cup of coffee.  But once we began our workout and then did some walking laps I felt great and continued to feel great throughout the entire day.  It really does change how you feel!

to work out?  Someone tell me this is a good thing, that my heart will thank me, etc.  Because right now all I want to do is crawl back into bed and snuggle under the blankets for another hour or more.
Chel has been getting up early to work out since school started, and I'm proud of her... really I am, but its just  not been for me.  I've had every reason not to get up - except for this morning......

From Friday to Sunday I took whatever moments I had and headed to the basement to do some scrapping.  I began first working just with pictures that inspired me which were the ones of the kids starting back to school.

Most people know my love of Bono and everything U2.  But there is another love of my life (yes besides my hubby) and that would be Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20. 
I don't think there is a single song from a single album of Matchbox 20 or Rob Thomas solo that I don't have and don't like - they're all awesome.  Some serious, some fun and some you just can't help but get up and move to.

took Shaggy to the vet today - he has yet another ear infection.  I was told this is common in these types of dogs (Springer Spaniel). 
So now to help prevent these ear infections we need to clean his ears twice a week and medicate them until that is gone.  They were thinking of putting him on a special diet.  But we are going to try this first.

Getting in some scrapping time this evening!  Always fun!  I have a couple more that have to stew overnight and then I'll get a new view of them in the morning to see if I need to make any changes?

Over this Labor Day weekend and I cannot tell you how much this book moved me, changed me and brought out so many emotions.  Amazing, simply an amazing book.  I would recommend it to anyone whether they read or not, because once you begin you will be hooked.  This book has been a part of me since I began reading and understanding just why this book has been so widely received.
