Here is a mini book I'm working on about little details about Ryan that I want to be remembered.
Part of the September Work in Progress Kit - mini book purchased seperately (see post below regarding obsession with mini books)
This is one of my favorite pictures of Ryan. It's his 5th birthday and the last one we got to celebrate with him. His shirt read "Buzzing through the 90's). It was at Chuck E Cheese and we had a blast!
Every year on Ryans birthday I put a poem in the paper for him. Most of them I have written as I did this one.
Poem reads:
I should be getting cake today
we'd have to celebrate.
After all today's your birthday
and you'd be turning 8.
But there's no cake and ice cream
no candles to blow out
just another year to mark
the ones we 've been without.
So we hold onto our memories
and pictures all so dear
and keep you in our hearts each day
we'll always keep you near.
Love, Dad, mom, Chelsea and Zachary
