I want to get out sometime today and pick up something little for the kids for Valentine's Day.  I usually do a combo thing like a DVD or something so we'll see what I can find for them both.
Chelsea made t-shirts for the whole crew for Disney with everyone's names on them.  They came out really cute!

 
Today would also be my brother Joe's birthday - he would be 42.

A while back I seen this on Ali's blog which then linked me to this blog. I thought I would attempt this list of things that happened over 2007 whether big or small they are things that happened throughout the year. 
The amount of things you put down are one less how old you are.  So the older you the more you need to be doing or at least noticing the things you are doing.
Needless to say this...

So having a day home to do as I please (well almost) just what did I get accomplished?  Well for starters I got the house cleaned up especially since I worked so hard on it this weekend.  Made a few phone calls for our Florida trip, reservations, etc...
Then I got to play...
I decided to use the Danelle Box-with 12 Books  to showcase my project 365 +1 and highlight some of each months pictures....

Yes!!!  School was already called off for tomorrow so we get an extra day to our weekend!  It is freezing out there - and the wind gusts are brutal.

Had a blast today over Trish's making our necklace's, such a fun bunch of girls to spend the day with!

today and I still have lots to do.  Yesterday I did good in accomplishing a lot on my list and finally the house felt some what in order.  Besides for the remodeling in the family room.
By the evening I decided to play with the Making Memories Chelsea paper that I picked up last week at Michaels.  I have so many unfinished mini books and crafts in my scraproom that I really need to start using...

I love reading and I love books.  I usually have to buy the book instead of borrowing it from the library because I never now how long its going to take me to read, I forget to renew and end up with fees.  Therefore I have a stack of books.

Clean bathroom
Wash down walls and cabinets vacuum and wash floor clean fan clean sink, toilet and tub Clean kitchen
go through paperwork declutter counters go through cabinets and drawers clean out frig and wipe down wash floor clear off islands wash kitchen throw rugs...

We left by 9am this morning to our first stop which was for coffee.  Once we had coffee in had we were ready to head out to Orville. It was easy to get to and only 40 minutes away.  This store will defintely be on our list to return to again.  In fact I purchased a lamp while there and haven't decided if I'll stay with my old shade or need a new one.  Plus they had another one that was a bit smaller...

I have seen people make mini books (which of course I still want to try) and gift card holders and I thought what better to do for my sister's birthday than a gift card holder with a starbucks sleeve.  Two things she will love.  Plus I used Karen Russell's paper which she has been in love with since we took Karen's class in Columbus last July!
I made it last week, but since my sister reads my blog...

seems to be the restaurant of choice for most birthday celebrations.  We laughed at a lot of these pictures and Zach REALLY wants me to delete his, but I think its cute!


It was a fun evening out and now were home in time to watch LOST!
Tomorrow my mom, sister and I are going to head over to Audrey's Attic.  I heard about this store from Nicole but haven't had a chance to check it out. ...
