Yesterday I went on a bus trip sponsoring the Buckeye cheerleaders that my good friend Annette was putting together.  I asked Lisa and she brought two more friends!
The day began early with us leaving Buckeye schools by 8:30 to head to West Virginia, and the bus ride just flew by with all the talking and laughter and games to keep us busy!
We arrived in wheeling ready to play and after a short time...

I was so excited when Jill asked me to participate with her doing the team up thursday challenge as seen on shutter sisters site.
When I began running in the fall of 2009 Jill was the person I went to for any advice, help or suggestions that she could give to aide in my running since both she and her husband are amazing runners and of course she was right there with a list of suggestions that I...

to my goal of 500 miles this year and I'm loving it!
It's funny to think that just months ago I hated the treadmill!  I think I somewhat feared it... not sure what I feared? But there was a genuine fear.
But Chelsea kept pushing... just try mom, just walk mom, and slowly I began walking and then a slow jog until suddenly I hit my first mile and you'd of thought I won a jackpot!  I was so excited...

Chelsea has to do a 7 minute speech at school.  She has to pay tribute to someone and she decided to do it about grandpa.

~ If we had no winter, the springwould not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome. ~
I did a blog post over at Work in Progress about the new beginnings that spring can bring us. And have been inspired by a lot of what I've read and seen lately!
    Like these quotes:

    Mom's day - poem/lyrics read
In my daughter's eyes I am a hero
I am strong and wise and I know no fear
But the truth is plain to see
She was sent to rescue me
I see who I wanna be
    In my daughter's eyes
In my daughter's eyes everyone is equal
Darkness turns to light and the
    world is at peace
This miracle God gave to me gives me
    strength when I am weak
    I find reason to believe
    In my...

Joel and I cracked up as we wove the different...
