    The kids only helped out a bit this year with decorating the tree and the house for that matter. They were both proud of their Santa ornaments each made in 6th grade.
    and Zach really wanted a Santa hat to wear the last week of school. I'll have to ask him where it is now?

    The annual cookie exchange was held again at Deb's on Saturday. What a fun day for us all - a bunch of women socializing over lunch a $1 gift exchange, ornament exchange and oh yeah COOKIES! Wow, were there some great cookies. This year there were 21 participants in the cookie exchange and here is just a sample of some of the cookies.

    One of the pages in Ali's perspectives book is "I READ" and you fill in the blank, plus add pictures and a story to your reading. I have so many books I want to read - I really need to come up with just a books to read journal and a books I've read Journal.
    While I'm still working on this book - it's been a fun project to just go down and complete a couple pages and put them in the book.

    We went to Hinckley Park on Sunday to try and come up with some Christmas pictures. Luckily it hadn't started raining and there was still a bit of snow on the ground to capture these shots. I think we got some good ones!

    I got an email from Shimelle with her upcoming class list. Since I missed Done and Dusted I was tempted to take that one. I was also intrigued about her Journal your Christmas class and then went to check out some blogs and seen that even Ali Edwards was taking this class.
    So starting tomorrow I will begin my journaling the journey to Christmas. I'll try post as I complete projects.

    Last Sunday I took a class taught by Ali Edwards at Scraptacular in Sheffield Lake.
    The class was amazing! She taught us how to make and complete an album about yourself and the little details of life. I was so inspired after finishing this 3 hours class and Ali treated us all like old friends! I'm so ready to start completing some albums!
