Sunday... Sunday...

Another quiet day here with Chelsea still gone at Color guard camp.  She should be home later this afternoon then we are going to a family reunion.  One which we haven't attended in a few years?

Before we do that I have to go clean the clubhouse for Lisa.  It was a job I did for 6 years until I decided to give it up and have Lisa take over.  Now I just fill in here and there when she needs help, and that's perfect for me!

I posted on Work in Progress this cute little favor box I made.  It was so easy and fun to do.

starting with a 5" square piece of cardstock, score each side 1.5"

Adhere strips of patterned paper 1.5" X 2 to each of the outer center panels

Cut two score lines on top and bottom of square

fold up and adhere edges to form box shape

Punch a hole in each side to add ribbon handle

Use a brad to secure ribbon handle

Punch two scallops using the Stampin up scalloped punch to sandwich perfectly over a small sized peppermint patty to fill treat box.

Yesterday I also completed a bunch of layouts with my Work in Progress kits.  Can't wait to share them!
