Simple Abundance

Today's quote:

That was my quote in my Simple Abundance book for today.  Elizabeth Kubler-Ross writes a lot of books about grief and I've read many of them. I remember reading Life Lessons and other books on grieving.  It seems I couldn't get enough of them after losing Ryan and through the years and other losses.  For some reason I thought a book would make it all make sense, like I would read a paragraph and say "Oh, now I get it".  Well that never happened, but it did help me understand the stages and what I was going through... and that I wasn't going crazy. 

So when I seen the quote for today in my Simple Abundance book it reminded me of how far I've come

5. Good Grief -  more a story of a woman who lost her spouse

After losing my brother Joe I read the book "The 5 people you meet in heaven" and that helped me so much that it became a gift I give  to friends when they are grieving.
