For the past month Chelsea and I have been going to a trainer. Once a week
we meet with him and he tortures us for an hour!
He is awesome and since part of Chelsea's school is for exercise science and personal
training it has shown me that you don't have to be a tough guy to be a personal trainer.
He is the sweetest, funniest trainer and he still kicks our butts!
Chelsea and I have shared how much we love Milt with Joel and Zach
and now they are going once a week, and love Milt too!
So if you're looking to make some changes in your life. Good for
your mind, body and soul then exercise is the answer!
