Here's to a Happy New Year and resolutions for 2009
time for resolutions, words, challenges and goals. I myself have several in mind that I want to begin or repeat from last year.
- I love the project 365, it is a wonderful way to look back at your year and remember some of the details that happened throughout the year. I know I missed a few days in picture taking and I'm okay with that, I think I still captured the essence of the project and plan to continue this one in 2009.
- Ali Edwards one little word, that one I fell off the wagon big time with in 2008 but do plan to choose my word wisely and live by it in 2009.
- Oh the dreaded weight loss seems to be a part of my goals, challenges and resolutions over and over again! that's why I think those of us (who have this goal) can relate so well to Cathy Z and her post about weight loss. And while I'd like to lose 10+ lbs, its something that I've talked about all of 2008 and done nothing about.
- Scrapbooking... I'm happy with what I have accomplished this year but yet I still found myself trying to complete projects at the last minute for Christmas gifts. This year I would like to make a project a month that will be a gift. Even if its a layout a month for family, after 12 months you've got a great gift...
- De cluttering my house - this one I already began and plan to continue though the year. A friend of mine told me once that every time you bring something new into your house, you should be taking something out. Now I know I haven't been following that rule, but do plan to in 2009
- Obviously reading 100 books in 2008 did not work out for me, but the fact that I read almost 50 books and have them written down is a great accomplishment to me. I think my new goal will be to reach or surpass 50 in 2009.
