What brought you JOY - Week 13

At the start of the New Year, I began a conscious journey towards change. Not just the change that happens by doing nothing, but the switch that occurs when I make mindful choices for a better self. These plans create the momentum I need with the slow and steady guidance of honest choices that challenge both my mind and body.

Perfect at the start of the year, month or a specified challenge time period I make these small adjustments to my daily routine with simple tasks that provide a balanced approach to persevere. From a daily meditation to acts of kindness this awareness impacts each day and creates the harmony to explore while gently budding into habits.

Choosing a word to represent my year and peppering it within my weekly plans helps me to remain present. Recalling how the year began, with hope, optimism and, of course, JOY promoting this flow of transformation.

As the days slide by I make the decision to continue with the next right step for me, making an enthusiastic effort to exercise, write, meditate and fuel my body with the things I need and allowing those decisions to take me on a journey towards self-discovery with each new revelation distributing joy.
