Thursday the 24th

Means 24 days until we go to Disney, Universal and Cape Canaveral!   

We haven't gone to Disney since 2000 and haven't taken a long family vacation since we started the business and now I can't believe its almost here. We began planning this over the summer!  We have two dinners booked (The Polynesian and Mickey's Fantasmic), rented a mansion of a house and are going with my sister and her family and my best friend and her family, plus while we are in Florida we are meeting up with our friends Lynn and Don too...  We also found out other friends will be there the same time that we are going to meet up with!  Looks like its time to start the countdown...

Met with Tom yesterday about starting the painting.  We are going to pick up the Wainscoting next Wednesday and then he will cut it all, number it and then I can paint it and get it ready.  While I"m doing that he will paint the ceiling and the walls.  I think I'm going with a mustard or gold color, but I'm going to look more at the color swatches before I decide.

Today I am ordering my furniture and going to the college for a parents meeting with Chelsea.  Maybe I'll get a course schedule for myself while I'm there?
