Usually running has occupied the majority of my workout routine, just because I enjoy it that much! But after being injured, I found I had to find other ways to work out and not rely on running as my only form of cardio.

I decided to set some new goals for myself for 2012 to go along with my running goals and the 12 in 2012 half marathons.
My current distance is just over 500 miles and I'm not sure if I will reach my goal of 1200 miles, I am going to enjoy the journey as I attempt it though!
