No computer

Yesterday was the first day of my new challenge to stay away from the computer for one day a week.  It's funny how much time this "time saving" thing can suck out of our daily lives, and I thought I need to change that, I need to make one day that I do everything I can WITHOUT using the computer.  And I'm proud to say I did it, and I got a lot done!

• I met Joel's aunt and cousins for lunch.... had a blast!
• Worked with my Work in Progress kit.... loving it!
• Made a gift
• journaled
• read my book (Prairie Tale) 

• Tried a new recipe for dinner from (Pampered Chef cook book)
• Got caught up on my Project Life

Had to call the dog warden for what sounded like a vicious dog that took up residence on the side of our house!  After the dog warden caught him we found that both his back legs were broken... no wonder he sounded so mean? Who knows if he was hit by a car, dropped off by someone on the street or what happened to this poor thing... I'm going to call the humane society and see if they were able to help him?
