National Scrapbooking Day

And I get to spend the day at a crop with friends!  I loaded the car last night so this morning I can get myself ready and head out the door!  Hopefully I packed everything, although this time I won't be as far away as say Columbus when I forgot my pictures and had my hubby meet me half way to bring them to me.  I'm not far enough for him to do that - I would be driving home for anything I might forget, however a couple stores would be closer than home, that's if I forgot anything but pictures.

Needless to say I'm excited to go spend the day with my sister, Trish and the girls!  I have pictures from Florida, Chel's 18th birthday, NYC trip I took a couple years ago, my mother in laws birthday (for a book for her) and some of Ryan when we was little so hopefully whatever I'm in the mood to work on I'll have a picture to go with it.

Yesterday I finally got the glass at Pier 1, for the basket that my sister got me here.  I wasn't quite sure where I was going to put it and I don't like to put things near the fireplace (I don't want to block the view), but since its going into summer and we hopefully won't be using the fireplace.  My husband even said it looks cool and I was happy with its placement, so I guess that's all that matters

Well I better get myself ready to go...

Today I am grateful for the opportunity to spend the day with friends doing something I love to do.
