Memories through pictures

We spent the day yesterday with my cousin going through album after album, scrapbook after scrapbook and picture after picture and I cannot begin to tell you how priceless they all were.

Being a scrapbooker, my aunt was so organized with all her photos and albums.... little notes and stories below pictures that were in albums in her beautiful handwriting, so many details both funny and serious she left for Stephanie.  An amazing heritage album with details from stories my grandmother had shared with her.  What an amazing gift!

We sorted through pictures all afternoon and then picked out some and marked the albums where they went and took them to blow some up and copy others for a photo board.  We then came back to my house and Deb, Mary, Stephanie and I worked into the night putting things together.

this is a gem!  Ryan, Chelsea, Shawn, Stephanie, Maureen and my grandma) I like how Chelsea and my grandma almost match!  Ryan, Chelsea and Shawn are great grandchildren and Steph and Maureen are grandchildren!
