Back to Michigan

Last weekend I headed back up to Michigan again to celebrate my girlfriend Renee's 40th birthday at the MGM grand casino.

Renee is an awesome event/weekend planner as she picks out the best hotels while searching for the best price and best location along with finding out the details that go along with the weekend. 

She found out it was restaurant week in Michigan and then looked into a dinner at one of the participating restaurants, made a reservation and we all met up for dinner.

The restaurant was the Detroit Seafood Market and it was awesome! You had the option of ordering off a pre planned menu for restaurant week or you could order from the regular menu. Lisa and I each chose from the restaurant week choices and then split them!  Perfect!!

It was a super weekend away, and while I didn't win BIG I did still come home with some money and that's a plus...
