Resolutions don't have to start on the first of the year! If your still trying to figure things out, its not too late. I set a goal to quit smoking the first of the year in 2003 and then kept finding excuses not to follow through until the night of January 6th when I decided I'm doing this tomorrow and smoked my last cigarette January 6, 2003.
It was one of my most rewarding decisions/goals I've made and believe me when I say nobody, including myself thought I would ever quit!
Today I have many goals for 2011 including running a full marathon and I would never have even thought of these goals had I not followed through with the first.
You never know where that resolution is going to take you and if what you're doing now isn't working then why not give it a try!
