So last weekend I ran another 5K with Chelsea. It was a little bit colder than we've raced in a while, although our first race, the frosty 5k was the coldest, but for some reason the cold on Sunday bothered my throat? I slowed down at the only water stop and wonder if it helped or hurt my time? Would I have been slower not having the water?
But I am grateful I was able to do another race with my daughter and even though I didn't think I'd PR, I beat my time by 33 seconds! So each time there is an improvement!
